Orders & acceptance
An order is a request to buy. A binding contract is formed when we confirm dispatch by email.
Pricing & VAT
Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated. VAT is added at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before dispatch.
Discounts & offers
One discount code per order. Newsletter and first-order discounts are one-time use. The 5% account-holder discount is automatic on every order. Volume thresholds (e.g. 10% over £500) apply automatically.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment provider. Bank transfer is available on request — orders ship once funds clear.
Delivery & risk
See our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment has cleared in full.

Force majeure
We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
