Email orders@eccellenzaitalia.co.uk with your order number, the issue, and any supporting photos. You can also call us on 020 7946 0123.
What happens next
- We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day.
- We aim to give a substantive response within 5 working days.
- If we need longer, we’ll keep you updated weekly until it’s resolved.
Escalation
If you’re not satisfied with our response, ask for the matter to be escalated to a director. We’ll review and respond within a further 5 working days.
