We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly, fairly and transparently.

How to make a complaint

Email orders@eccellenzaitalia.co.uk with your order number, the issue, and any supporting photos. You can also call us on 020 7946 0123.

What happens next

  1. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day.
  2. We aim to give a substantive response within 5 working days.
  3. If we need longer, we’ll keep you updated weekly until it’s resolved.

Escalation

If you’re not satisfied with our response, ask for the matter to be escalated to a director. We’ll review and respond within a further 5 working days.
